We are huge fans of the Eirc Ries' Lean Start-up methodology. As such, before building any new technology and risk building 'the wrong thing', it's crucial that business owners and senior executives gain an accurate understanding of what the problems truly are, for their customers, employees and for the business as a whole.
The quickest way to do that, is to build a prototype application. This can put in front of customers in order to hear first hand what they love, like, dislike and hate about the experience. This can then be iterated upon and improved to fine tune the UX, before engaging more expensive and complex development teams to build the final product.
To facilitate this, we will organise a workshop with you to understand your problems, propose potential solutions and whiteboard user experience flows to outline a solution. Once we have received feedback, our designers can create the app/website in digital form and provide you with a set of screens which can be used for customer testing or to show about the business to collect further feedback/buy in.
Depending on your requirements, this may be a set of flat screens or a fully functional app. We can organise and run the customer testing for you too. A more detailed conversation with us will allow us to recommend the best way forward to meet your time and budget constraints.
